Honey Creek is an amazing place. The facilities and the staff make so many of our youth events amazing! Toil ‘N Sweat is our chance to give back to Honey Creek. Youth will arrive on Friday night, April 13 at 7:00 p.m. (after supper) and will depart on Sunday at 12:00 p.m. (before lunch). Friday night will be a time of play and worship and preparation. Then on Saturday we will spend most of the day working for Honey Creek! Jobs may include caring for the grounds, working on buildings, or other things as directed by the Honey Creek staff.
Because this event involves outdoor work we ask that everyone bring work gloves, sturdy clothes, and closed-toed shoes, as well as the usual supplies (listed below).
The total cost for the weekend is $115 for Early Registration and $125 for Late Registration. However, cost should never be an obstacle to attendance! If cost is a concern, please contact the Rev. Joshua Varner, Diocesan Missioner for Youth at jvarner@gaepiscopal.org. If you would like to apply for scholarship, please register to reserve your space, select “Yes” to the question about scholarship funds, and pay only the deposit, which is 1/3 of the cost.

Scholarship Policy: The Diocese offers scholarship aid to those who need this assistance. The usual pattern is to divide the total cost equally between the family, the sponsoring congregation, and the Diocese. It is the responsibility of the family to contact the congregation to request their support.
